Does the Big Brother monitoring tool work with Messaging Server?

Yes. You can download Big Brother here.

If you are running Messaging Server Release 6.1 or greater, you will want to have a look under the examples/unsupported/healthmon subdirectory to find the Big Brother extensions that were created to help monitor the Messaging Server.
